and I have a question, do you know how much body fat a girl should have to look toned and fit but keeping it healthy?? I´ve always been between a 16 and 20% ( well, when I was pregnant I got 30% body fat, ups!). I´ve heard that you can lower your body fat to 10% and your body will be fine and function right, is that correct?.
My wife and I have been married for 14 years going on 15! I love and respect her more than ever. She doesn’t know that I am haring this but it does get better with time IF you are willing to always remember that you are best of friends first and everyone else comes second. I LOVE my wife! You guys ROCK!

being married feels more like your life is truely complete, because if you stay just bf and gf then you always feel in the back of your mind like they could leave you anytime, but when your married you are really working at it, you really show you care for each other. it must be nice, i cant wait to get married to my gf.

Marriage is a wonderful union. I’ve been married for 29 years and though there have been rough waters, for the most part it’s been a pleasant experience. Each party is the missing piece of the puzzle that makes the other complete. I wish you many more years of happiness.
