anyone know any good fad diets that worked for you?
Has to be with foods that are commonly in your house(nothing like a head of lettuce which i don’t have) I want one that claims you loose like 10lbs. QUICK!! I also don’t want to buy anything online

I read in this magazine that said "eat a cookie, skip a meal." Basically, in any meal of the day (most reccommended lunch), eat a small cookie or scone instead. I tried it, went to Starbucks and got their scones in replace of a meal, and to my surprise, it worked! Slowly and gradually weight came off with barely any effort!
Just eat normally and healthy (with exercise of course), but instead for one meal, go ahead and buy that brownie you’ve been craving. This won’t disappoint.

Dehydration!
Become dehaydrated and you will lose 8.3 lbs per gallon of water loss. However, you will get it back when you rehydrate.
Aside from that, there are no qucik ways to loose 10 lbs or 35000 kcal. Nobody gains ten pounds quickly – nobody loses ten pounds quickly.
To give you an example. To burn 35000 calories would take walking/running 350 miles. Yep, 100 calories per mile is all you burn.
Weight loss and weight gain are not quick things. It would take you about 50 Big Macs to gain 10 lbs and about 117 hours of walking to lose 10 lbs.
If you are not even going to put in the effort to buy a head of lettuce, then well… good luck

vegetables

here’s all you could drink you need at least 8cups of any one of hte below:
hot water
iced water
green tea
oolang tea
white tea
black tea
you eat whenver you are hungry nad drink what ever cuz all the drinks are zero calories
the teas boost your metabolism making your body burn more fat
the ice cold drinks make your body buring 100 calories rasing the ice to room tmep
most fruit s and veggies have negative caloreis which means your body uses more calories to digest the food than the calories you take in
