Apple, lettuce, beef, chicken, fish, carrots, corn, spinach, etc. Not bread, crackers, cereal, ice cream, soup, anything processed in a box or a bag. You'll have to eat more often and this and your continued exercising will pump up your metabolism. Try this – it works for me to keep my weight down.
