I tried the southbeach diet and found it to be very challenging. I do not eat pasta anymore, but I am off of phase one. I gained weight instead of lost anyone had anything like this happen?? thanks

only the ones that work i dont give a mad fluck about oh no they dont work or youll gain the weight back
