    there is a slim, and a too slim.,.. You need some muscle or you will have a heart attack. Thats how MJ had one, he was sticks skinny, with barely any muscle!

    but i do not need to struggle with eating and size .) i eat once a day and i am too slim for my height.

    damn i gota say its just as hard if not harder to put on weight. Im 6ft 4 and I have a high metabalism and I skate….. I eat well over 3000 calories a day and work/drink weight gainer shake and im only putting on weight slightly……lol sooooo hard seriously

    Weight loss is very subjective, and what works for one person may not work for another. So many different body types. I was 300 lbs , with excessive body fat three years ago. I am now 240, relatively muscular (active weightlifting), but still considered obese. Even under medically supervised diets I cannot maintain below 230. So I am happy where I am at. Wish I had I know about this e-book back in the day! $39 is nothing, I spent a lot more to get the 60 lbs off and muscle on!

    CHRIS … Do a review of myfitnesspal. I’m down 50 lbs using it and others are having a lot of success with it too. I think it would be great to share with your viewers… it is tech and health all in one.

    Yes you are slim but your neck is too skinny. You really need to do weights. Jack Lalanne said exercise is king and diet is queen and both are a kingdom.
