Why don’t you just eat meat that has been ethically killed? I also don’t eat meat hardly ever but if it is grass feed or free range I think it’s ok. There isn’t enough fish left in our oceans so I leave it alone for the greedy buggers who don’t give a shit.
@VampiressFurImmer Of course fish flesh is meat. It’s pathetic that people insist on redefining the word “meat” just to so they can say they don’t eat meat; just so they can call themselves a vegetarian; just so they can feel special…like loser goths.
But since so many losers have used it, it’s now a slang definition in dictionaries…sad. In response, people came up with terms like vegan. But some people want to call themselves vegans so bad, they are redefining that too.
Cool, I am a vegetarian 2 and trust me i don’t miss meat at all!! i feel great!! of course i got to eat like five times a day, small portions and a lot of water, i really love cause im always ready to go, when u eat big portions of food u cant even move cause u r so full, and that sucks!! good luck anyways!!
I have had a problem with trying to view this video since yesterday. I am able to only watch it to the 2:58 point. The video does not move forward from this point. It just stops (like it is buffering?)and then the screen goes black and the message ” An error occurred. Please try again later” comes up.
Yesterday it was stopping at even earlier points.
The same thing is happening on your website. However, I able to view all of your other videos without any issues.
There’s nothing wrong with eating a bit of fish once in a while, there shouldn’t be this urgency to go 100% anything, just transition gradually and don’t think you have to abide by any particular diet paradigms 100%. Choose real food over supplementation.
@Rustair666 If he eats fish, he is not vegan. Vegan’s do not eat any animals or the animal bi-products. He would be a pescatarian if he eats fish/seafood.
As for protein, you get it from so many things… From spinach to nuts to soy and beans are a large source of protein. Protein is not exclusive to animals and their bi-products.
@Rustair666 Plants. Protein is easy to get. You don’t even have to eat very healthy to get protein. I could eat a slice of white bread which isn’t particularly healthy and I’d get 5g of protein from that. Think about the gorilla, buffalo, elephant, etc. where do you think they are getting their protein? Cheers!
I went pescetarian in January of this year, and I love it. The only meat I regularly ate before was turkey, so it wasn’t very hard to ween off of that. I recommend just cutting back different types of meat slowly, I would start with pork/beef first (if you’re interested in becoming a vegetarian/pescetarian).
I can only relate my experience on this subject. I have been cutting down on meat steadily for the last year or so. My diet now consists of lentils or beans (black, kidney, soy), rice and mixed vegetables, also I like protein powder and oats for breakfasts. I can honestly say that I feel so much better now physically, mentally and spiritually for not having to kill anything else for me to have a meal. I can’t say that I will never eat meat again, but I aim to never do so.

@Rustair666 Vegetarians and vegans can eat things like beans, lentils, quinoa, and tofu in order to get protein in their diet.
