There is a website that I used when I was in Weight Watchers. It has recipes and lower fat store bought items. It does a side by side comparison of favorite items too, showing how you can have things like that, but with a healthier alternative. The website is http://www.hungry-girl.com. I hope this helps you. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Try this – it works for me to keep my weight down.
It’s so simple, you won’t believe more people are doing this.
Only buy, prepare and eat things with one ingredient.
Apple, lettuce, beef, chicken, fish, carrots, corn, spinach, etc.

Not bread, crackers, cereal, ice cream, soup, anything processed in a box or a bag.

You’ll have to eat more often and this and your continued exercising will pump up your metabolism.

Congratulations for both being sober and wanting to lose weight. Watch the carbs, fast and fatty food. Concentrate on the veggies and fruit. You’ve gotten a lot of good sites to go to judging by the answers above. Good luck!
