To today we have quick and dirty question you could say . Basically Matt is wondering if I can put video nude workout for skitters. As you can see, for some reason, I am not doing much workout videos nowadays . I am just sitting on my couch and answering questions, but I tried to get to do that when I can . I do actually, I have actually published an article in a more prominent Canadian magazine about skitters . And I will make an elbow for you guys. I am here to make your life simple, as a skitter, you can do couple of things in your workout . And I can tell you first time, remember, not that I am a bit skitter, but I was skiing couple of months ago for first time in 15 years. First time, my girlfriend and I were really pumped with the Olympics so, yes, that does for Burd with Ski training and like Lake Louise which has really held it down for skies in 1988 Olympics.

 

So like I am going from no skiing to skiing from 9000 feet, one of the more challenging mountains in the country . Naturally I had a good training beforehead, like I had good strength base, as without training you can have an accident on the icy slope .

 

Having strong legs is a vital factor for a skitter . It is necessary to really dig edge in the ice and balance yourself and hold those turns . You need to have incredibly strong legs. So look at the movements. The position of the skitter. Obviously you have a side chop, as a skitter you are in a ski truck, right. What does this look like? Does this look like a squat? Right. That probably looks like a very similar movements like squat. In order to develop good leg strength you can try out skiing movements which is possible from squat . Squatting is awesome.

 

So developing a good base and then build up on it, you know, add weight every time you are in gym. Working to build good strong legs. Work with the number of skitters. There are 15 or 16 years old age group, these girls cranking up several hundred pounds in squatting.
