I haven’t heard much about the results on the dietary aspect but I have on the mood side of things that it is very good.
I know that the company got in to some trouble not too long ago because of how they marketed their product which is one reason why the ads don’t exist anymore.
I would recommend talking to your doctor about this as well before starting it.
