How can i loss weight without diet and hard exercise?
I am a 15 and somewhat overweight! I want to reduce these. What is the best way for this? i don’t want to follow a special recipe for diet, rather wanna to try easy menu like less food, or drink much water. Is there any way for it?

That will work. Eat less (start by eating half of what you would normally eat, so long as you’re around 1500 calories), drink at least 64 oz of water every day, and exercise at least 30 minutes for 3 days a week.

Typical… I’m overweight… what can I do about it, except for be healthy?
Just cut down on the junk, drink more water, exercise daily if possible and start a healthier lifestyle.

All you have to do is play outside all day. If you have a Iphone, Ipod or Ipad download "Lose It." This app counts your calories you burn. Your goal is to end up with 0 calories.

No, unless you do diet pills. If you wanna keep weight off you have to exercise and watch eat. Not neccesarly a diet, but everything in modernation. It’s easier than you think. Plus exercising fun! If you don’t like treadmills and weight machines, there’s pilates…swimming…you can even join a sport(:

I would have to say yes more water will definietly help, and cutting out sodas and sugary drinks too. You might wanna think about getting on a cardio and weight training schedule to help you out, and dont take in less fodd you actually wanna take in more food during your day,but it has to be good food not junk food like mcdonalds or anything like that. The trick to loseing weight is to speed up metabalism so you can burn the calories off.

No diets (just stay way from junk food, don’t have more than two servings (serving are started on the label) a day, if your over that try to slowly cut junk food out of your diet).
You need some exercise, it doesn’t need to be very hard. Try running 1.5 miles a day, each week (or every two weeks, whatever you decide) add .5 mile to your run until your up to 5 miles. You can run at an easy pace (but you need to keep it under a 10 minute miles if you want any results, the faster the better). Try doing some lifting (about 10 pounds in each hand elbow up each one ten times, then more your arms up and down (vertically) 5 times).
Otherwise you could start out walking about 3 miles a day, and increase your walk by .5 or 1 mile each week.
You can’t lose weight without exercise, but your workouts don’t need to be painful or hard.
Cutting out most of your soda will help (their a a lot of fat in those little drinks). Don’t try to starve yourself, but also, don’t leave junk food and (fatty) snacks laying around "out of sight out of mind". Eat when you feel hungry make an effort not just to eat when you’re board or because you usually eat about his time. Only eat when you feel hungry.
Don’t listen to Dragon trying to starve yourself down is crap. Also he doesn’t even know how much you weigh or what your daily intake is, he’s throwing out a useless number. And if you’re are really over weight (taking in about 25000 or 30000 a day (or more)) that could cause serous health problems.

First off it’s lose weight, you cannot loss weigh unless you lost weight. Second eliminate ALL juices, sodas, and sugar drinks from your diet, I’m talking about none. Your 15 years old, how about you go outside and play, in order to lose weigh you have to sweat. Don’t be a lazy ass and go do exercise. Another way we can do this is by walking 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles at night (have your mom or dad drive you around the neighbor hood to find out your half way point) dot feel like walking much, stick to water and cut r calories down. in other words stop stuffing ur face fat ass

I work in Nutrition.
Do you know how to count calories? Do you keep track of the calories you eat all day?
You have to learn how to count calories, this is vital. Here is a practice exercise. Grab the cereal box. Look at the nutrition label. Look at the serving size. It should say 1 serving is 1/2 a cup or 1 cup. How many calories is in that serving? If you want to eat that cereal, make sure to pour in an amount you can measure. So if you eat that cereal, pour out 1 cup, or 2 cups. Make sure to write what you eat down in a notebook, and record the calories, and do this for everything you eat all day. Add it up along the way.
Since you don’t want to exercise, you have to reduce the number of calories you eat in one day. I suggest you reduce the number of calories you eat to 1300 calories per day. If you do this everyday, you should lose 1 lb. per week.
