losing weight, exercising and diet question?
well I recently started working more often because I promise myself that I wanted to lose or weight 200 pound by the end of this year. I’m going to visit my family on this year Christmas so I want to surprise them by my new look. I use to weight 260 and I started doing running 2 miles down the hill and two miles back up the hill and so until now I weight at 240. so it is possible that I’m losing weight or am I doing something wrong. I know I’m not expecting the result that fast but I heard the first weight you lose is actually water from your body not fat or calories but I’m not sure, like I said I been running down the hill and back up two times a day four times a week and I feel a little lighter than when I started, I could run more but I have a bad left knee due to my incident in the year 2000 when I broke my legs so only two screw is keeping and helping me walk and run. so please if you know anything I’m doing wrong or doing right please let me know and also what diet plan should I should be doing, I try to less, more veggie and fruit and watch for high calories and fat and yeah I stop fast fooding for 3 months so go head give me the good and bad news.

I use to have the fattest stomach until I made changes to my diet by cutting out things like sugar, etc.
Here’s a good site that really helped me out. It has great diet and workout tips to losing weight…

Hello! It’s always great hearing a story of dedication like yours.=). You’ve got to maintain regular exercise and have a balanced diet! Diet is key!

You would actually get more results if you tried to work out for 1 hour everyday. If it’s only 4 days a week you can’t really expect sudden results. You can maybe do floor exercises.
