@wondernessful I believe it does but only if it’s caffeine free. Apparently caffeine actually dehydrates the body. That’s why drinking coffee does not count as water intake, unfortunately!

fairplay for the consistent great videos, really helpful and you always look amazing! I used to do pretty much the opposite of your tips trying to lose weight but of course, never worked. So hopefully can incorporate them all for the new year

I think it depends.. I mean maybe it works for you, but if I taste something yummy I just can’t stop, and eat soo much of it, so I’d rather not eat it at all

I just love your videos because you are completely down to earth and pragmatic about everything. These tips are great for teenagers to know especially because so many girls starve themselves to lose weight. Could you keep on doing diet/exercise videos? @OpalTheApple265 I’m pretty sure if you don’t want to get them separately you can get packets of like mixes of corn, peas and carrot. stuff like that. not sure how expensive it is but vegetables are really important to be healthy:)

You are so right. When I tell myself ridiculous things like I’m only going to eat chicken salad i want to eat everything. When I tell myself I can have whatever I want I actually eat better. Sometimes it’s a mental thing

Will I lose weight and achieve better body if I do 100 push ups and sit ups, and I walk my dog at least 30 min a day but I don’t drink a lot of water?
