Could I lose ten pounds in a month without fad diets? Just normal excersize and healthy eating?
I want to lose 10-20 pounds before school starts. Could I achieve my goal without starving myself, going on that dreaded cabbage-coup diet or grapefruit diet? I want to lose it the right way by excersize and eating healthy foods.
Why do certain people use fad diets to help loose weight?
when good exercise and eating Healthy foods that mother nature created (Fruits and Veggies)are known to help loose pounds. I think that people who are struggling with their weight should consider loosing weight the right way instead of falling for fad diets like for example an all pizza diet.
