Anyone out there lose 100 pounds or more without fad diets, operations, or pills? Give me success stories!?
I am 5’10", 272 lbs- I lost 25 pounds so far, and going strong. I work out 5 days a week, and eat a very low fat diet, whole grains, low sugar, vegetarian. I am feeling good, and would like success stories to help me along. My goal weight is 185.

I’m looking for some interesting recipes to spice up my detox diet. Here are the guidelines: Foods to eat liberally: fresh/cooked fruit fresh/cooked vegetables olive oil spices apple cider or red wine vinegar cashews Foods to eat sparingly: Whole grains egg Foods to avoid: sugar (including all substitutes) salt dairy meat soy
