hi…i have a problem with the diet things (not these but like diet in general) i already eat healthy, but what i mean by that is that i dont eat any kind of junk food/candy/etc but i always get confused when people say dont eat packaged foods…almost all food in stores are sold in boxes and things, even the “healthy” things so i never know what im supposed to be getting…could you give any examples other then for fruits and vegetables of things that are good to eat that dont come in a box? ty

@chrism95 next time you go into a grocery store try to stay along the outer wall. here, you will find the most unprocessed whole foods available. most of the boxed / processed foods that yuri speaks about are going to be found in the center aisles. The reason for this is because processed foods do not need replaced as greatly as the whole foods on the outer wall do, hence the easier accessibility of replacing foods on the outer edge of the store.

You could do the chart thing with glasses of water too!

The Streak Theory-I haven’t had a burger since 2007, I can’t have one now, it would break the streak, Like that Seinfeld 8 Year No Vomit episode….you got to respect the streak.

Hi Yuri!! Thank you for this great video. I’m totally going to take your advice. I have two little questions…one, you said get rid of canned foods. Is canned beans ok? They are just more easier then soaking & cooking dried ones? Two, if I was to use my juicer to make a beet, apple, tangerine juice–do I count each fruit as a serving–if they are juiced? Thank you for your help.
