ANY diet pill is too good to be true. As much as we all wish there was a simple, magic weight loss solution that could be found in a pill, it’s just not possible. Weight loss takes time, patience and effort. Eating healthy foods and burning more calories than you take in are the surest, safest way to lose extra pounds.

with any and all "diet pills" one must follow a meal plan and exercise, changing your own eating habits help you lose weight, so the ‘diet pill’ has nothing to do with it, if you don’t follow a healthy meal plan the pill will not do anything.
