What are some good exercises and diet tips that can get rid of body fat in the stomach/abs area?
Lately I’ve been trying to get rid of my excessive fat before my new job starts on Sept. 1. I’ve been able to tone my whole body, EXCEPT, for my stomach/abs area. What are some good exercises that target the stomach and abs area. Also, what are some foods that I should stay away from that could add fat to my stomach and abs area?

Sit ups will not help all they will do is work your ab muscles and create a bigger belly. You will need to burn it of by cardio exercises or running exercises. Running can be a pain you can try a stepping machine or walk your goal is to sweat as much as u can avoid carbonated drinks, avoid sodium or salt that will make you hold water in your system and make it more difficult to exercise. Just because your trying to get rid of fat doesn’t mean you can’t eat actually the worst thing to do is stop eating eat healthy like fruits, Veggies, and rice, beans, things like that.

Don’t try Acai Burn or any other SCAM acai or colon cleanse companies!
It’s a SCAM! THERE ARE SPAMMERS GOING AROUND HERE POSTING THEIR PRODUCT!!!!
I didn’t lose an ounce!
I signed up for their 30 day free trial and paid the S&H $5.95. I got the first bottle. One month later they charged me $59.95. I guess the fine print stated that by getting the free trial I would be enrolled in a program where they automatically send you a bottle and charge $59.95. I never even got the 2nd bottle. I heard all of the acai and colon cleanser companies work this way.

The treadmill is made for this. If you choose to not use it then you should go running/jogging outside. Eat anything in moderation just eat less of it.

Go to google and type that. there are a lot of work outs other than sit ups. You have to train different spots on your stomach. Sit ups just do one.
