What is the best way to diet?
So I’ve figured out that no carb diets, such as Atkins, do not work, as they make you more hungry and not to mention a lot more miserable. I already run/walk for 1 or 2 hours every single day, and I do stress that "every single day". What is the best diet, however? I would like to lose 8-10 pounds by next month. I’ve already cut out all junk food and sweets. What else is there to do?

Diets do not work. Lifestyle changes do. Eat less, move more. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being your largest and dinner being your smallest. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

I watched Oprah and Rachel Ray raving about acai berry and a colon cleanse. I used the same formulas and lost 47 pounds months and have kept off for three months!!! Hooray!!! There is a free trial right now. Check out my blog and good luck!

sounds like you’re doing great! i read something that says that you should give your diet a few weeks before switching. once you’ve been used to eating healthy and exercising for a few weeks, you’ll feel healthier with more energy, and you’ll be able to run the entire 1 or 2 hours. i’m pretty sure you’ll be able to lose 8-10 pounds by next month if you stick with your plan, and give yourself the weekends or every other day to rest. good luck!
