whats a FAST way to lose weight? Fad Diets? ANYTHING?

Fad Diets?
Excersizes?
and pleaaassee dont suggest running because
Louisiana is stressfully HOT and HUMID!
but anything would help.

    Eat extremely healthy. That does not mean starve yourself. Stay away from carbs and eat salads and fruits. Eat protein, but not fatty meat like steak. Try to stick with chicken and beans. Do not drink anything with a ton of bad sugar in it. Only drink really orange juice, milk, and most of all, lots of water. Eat when you are hungry, but only eat healthy. Instead of chips, go for an apple and a glass with orange juice. also, NO DESSERT!!!!!! If you have to eat carbs (which you should eat a LITTLE bit of) go for the whole wheat option.

    Then you need to excersise. Go swimming in a pool 1-3 times a week for 40 minutes. Swim laps and take breaks when you need them, but dont take more that 10 minutes total break. Take a run on a treadmill at your local gym if you are a member. (See? Not hot and sweaty at an air conditioned gym!) and make sure to stretch thourougly before and after every workout. You will be sore from your workouts, but you have to pull through. Then do about 100 sit ups every other day, 4 groups of 25 sit ups with little breaks between them.

    drink a slim fast or an energy drink for breakfast and then drink water all day then eat dinner sometime before 6pm, dont eat until your full, just until you are satisfied, then if you get hungry later eat, fruit or yogurt, stay away from the following
    sugars,… use a sugar substitute
    No Soda, not even diet,
    chips, junk food, etc
    I have lost 20 lbs in 30 days doing this, I went from a size 9 to a 5, this really works,

    1. If I can run in Florida…you can run in Louisiana :)
    2. Enema. Everyone should do one every now and again anyways…it’ll clean you out and make you feel better too. You’ll lose some weight, Not necessarily size, though some people do appear to have flatter stomachs afterwards.
    3.I’d drink Ballerina tea or "smooth move" tea. Those will cleanse you too.

    A cleanse is probably the only way that you can lose it FAST.

    well if you eat less than 1,000 calories a day you probably will lose weight, but most likely at the end you’ll gain it all back, just stick with eating healthy and excersicing, it’s the hard way, but most of the time the hard way works

    I was watching the doctors show the other day and they had this diet ,its called the cleanse diet,you can lose 5 pounds in five days but it’s not healthy for you it’s * 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice

    * 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup

    * 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

    * 10 oz of filtered water

    thats all you drink for or eat for 5 days nothing else but like i said its not supposed to be healthy for you after 5 days so please dont hurt yourself.
